Abstract

The Internet, email and mobile communication devices are indispensable today. By creating bridges between work and non-work situations, these technologies appear to be blurring the boundary between work-family domains. This paper presents the results of an exploratory study assessing the usage patterns of these technologies by executive level employees, and the effect of these technologies on their work-life balance.
