Francesca Paluan

Francesca Paluan, curriculum vitae Francesca Paluan, Ph.D. Student in Cultural Heritage at the Politecnico di Torino, Interuniversity Department of Regional and Urban Studies and Planning (DIST), since 2013. Technician in Restoration in Cultural Heritage since 2011; Masters degree thesis in Restoration at the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts in Turin, about the reconstruction of fragmentary wall paintings from the Egyptian Museum of Turin. She is engaged in the field of preservation and restoration of Cultural Heritage (particularly paintings, wall paintings, paper, wood). Actually, she carries on researches, both theoretical and applied, in the fields of digital techniques of representation. Her Ph.D. Thesis subject is about the preservation and communication of Rosani's architectural archive, collected at the Laboratory of Cultural Heritage, Politecnico di Torino She is author of publications and essays, and selected speaker at several International Congresses.
