Trent Larson
Trent Larson is an associate professor in the Department of Human Performance
and Leisure Studies at North Carolina A&T State University. He holds BA and MA degrees from Brigham Young University and a PhD from the University of New Mexico. His research interests focus on tourism/technology, in particular, evaluating the complexity of National Tourism Organization websites, tourism in Africa, virtual organizations, diaspora, comprehensive recreation planning, and environmental education. At the university, he has previously served as department chair and currently teaches an information technology course he designed. His publications include a number of tourism articles and book chapters related to international tourism development.
