Umar Ruhi
Dr. Umar Ruhi is an Assistant Professor in the Telfer School of Management at University of Ottawa where he teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in information systems and e-business technologies. Dr. Ruhi’s research adopts an interdisciplinary socio-technical perspective of contemporary technology applications and related organizational practices and end-user behaviour. His areas of research interests include knowledge management, enterprise gamification, end-user development, consumer health informatics, and IT consumerization. Dr. Ruhi has authored and co-authored several academic and practitioner journal articles and book chapters, and has presented his research at various international conferences.
