Virginia E. Garland

Virginia Garland is an associate professor in the College of Liberal Arts' Department of Education at the University of New Hampshire. She has international expertise in educational technology, having taught leaders in Chinese institutes of education in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai. She was also a visiting professor for two years in Japan, at Kobe University's cross cultural studies department. In addition to more than thirty publications, she co-authored a textbook: Garland, V.
