Anton Rahmadi

Anton Rahmadi is an Associate Professor at the University of Mulawarman, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. His research field is on the antioxidant properties of foods and industrial downstream for the food products developed in the lab. His team develops an attachment to more than 300 food-based Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), giving consultation on factory layout, food product formulation, product certification, to digital marketing of the products. He was invited to be a national consultant for SMEs in Indonesia in 2022. This article is an example of a consultative framework that his team applies for SMEs in Indonesia, integrating laboratory work into the local industry.
