Miltiadis D. Lytras is Associate Professor at Deree- ACG with a research focus on semantic web, knowledge management and e-learning, with more than 100 publications. He has co-edited more than 45 special issues in International Journals (IEEE Transaction on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Internet Computing, IEEE Transactions on Education, Computers in Human Behaviour, Interactive Learning Environments, Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Computer Assisted Learning) and has authored/(co-)edited 42 books (e.g., Open Source for Knowledge and Learning Management, Ubiquitous and Pervasive Knowledge Management, Intelligent Learning Infrastructures for Knowledge Intensive Organizations, Semantic Web Based Information Systems, China Information Technology Handbook, Real World Applications of Semantic Web and Ontologies, Web 2.0: The Business Model, etc.). Linda Daniela (Ed.)
Linda Daniela - Dr. Daniela is the professor and senior researcher at the University of Latvia; Chair of the Council for Promotion in Pedagogy of the University of Latvia; Head of the Scientific Institute of Pedagogy; Expert of Education at the Council of Sciences of the Republic of Latvia. Her research interests include virtual education, smart education, educational technologies for learning, educational robotics, educational processes and solutions for reducing social exclusion from the educational processes. Professor is an author and co-author of publications about processes in all dimensions of education. She has been involved in several projects, she is an editor and co-editor of several books and journals, and she is a scientific adviser for doctoral and master thesis.

Anna Visvizi (Ed.)
Anna Visvizi, Associate Professor, Deree College -The American College of Greece, Greece. Professor Visvizi is also Head of Research at the Institute of East-Central Europe (IESW), Poland, and Visiting Professor at Effat University, Jeddah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Political scientist and economist, with extensive experience in academia and the think-tank sector in Europe and in the US, Professor Visvizi’s expertise covers the EU, the political economy of regional integration (incl. the EU and OBOR), international organizations (esp. the OECD), the politics of migration management, innovation promotion and smart cities/villages. In her work as researcher, editor, lecturer, and consultant, Professor Visvizi aims at establishing collaboration between the worlds of diplomacy and academia in view of fostering dialogue for more effective policy responses and coherent policymaking.
