Arun Paul (Ed.)
Arun Kumar Paul has done his Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, and this research is part of Fellowship in Management (FPM) from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has over 26 years of industry experience, starting his career as Design Engineer and moving on to the level of Project Manager for capital projects (in Integrated Steel Plant, in Process Consulting and in ETO Job shop with multidisciplinary engineering environment) for Tata group of companies. He has extensively worked with experts from McKinsey & Co., through their structured methodology, on improving ‘opex and capex excellence’. He is trained as six-sigma resource (by International General Electric) as well as in TOC/CCPM implementation (by Goldratt Australasia) and has practical experience of deployment of the above in Tata organizations. He was an external assessor in Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM), a Business Excellence model based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. As ‘CEO’ of the team from Tata Steel, became National Champion in the Business Simulation Games, conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA). He, as ‘CEO’ with his team, participated in the Regional Management Games in Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore, as National Champion from India.

Dipak Bhattacharyya (Ed.)
Dipak Bhattacharyya has a PhD in Management from University of Calcutta. He has served in industry in Training and Organizational Development function for about 15 years. Thereafter, for last two decades he has worked with several Management Institutes in India in various capacities like; Director, Dean, Head of the Department, Professor, etc. Presently he is attached as Professor of Xavier Institute of Management, Xavier University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. He is also a visiting faculty of XLRI, Jamshedpur. Prof. Bhattacharyya has extensive consultancy experience in HR, Quality Management, Human Resource Planning, Compensation Design and Organizational Development, and Restructuring areas. He has published 30 Books on HR management areas with Sage, Oxford, Pearson, PHI, Cengage, etc., and has contributed to more than 100 papers and book chapters in various journals of national and international repute.
