José A. Pineda-Alfonso (Ed.)

José A. Pineda-Alfonso is a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and History, PhD in Modern History and PhD in Pedagogy by the University of Seville. He is a Associate Professor of Didactics of Social Science at the Faculty of Education at Seville University (Spain). He develops research in the fields of Teaching of Social Science, Teacher Training, Education for Citizenship and participation and School Coexistence. In the last years he has participated in projects of national and international research. Currently involved in”Pedagogia della cittadinanza e formazione degli insegnanti: a “scuola alleanza tra and territory” (Citizenship pedagogy and teacher education: an alliance Between school, territory, community), Progetto Erasmus + IT02-KA201-015190 funded by the European Union. Nicolás De Alba-Fernández (Ed.)

Nicolás De Alba-Fernández has a degree in history and a doctorate in pedagogy and is a professor at the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the University of Seville. His research interests focus on teacher training and education for citizenship. He has participated in several research projects and published works both nationally and internationally. He is currently principal investigator of a project focused on teacher training for university teaching staff.



Elisa Navarro-Medina (Ed.)

Elisa Navarro-Medina has a degree in Pedagogy and a degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology. PhD in Education from the University of Murcia. Professor in the Department of Didactics of Experimental and Social Sciences of the Faculty of Education Sciences of the University of Seville. Her research focuses on education for citizenship, teacher training in primary, secondary and university education.
