Joshua Mugambwa (Ed.)
Joshua Mugambwa holds a Master’s in Governance and Development (University of Antwerp, Belgium) and a Master’s in Management Studies (Uganda Management Institute, Uganda). He is a PhD student at Makerere University, Uganda. He is a Lecturer at Makerere University Business School, Leadership and Governance Department.

Mesharch Katusiimeh (Ed.)
Mesharch W. Katusiimeh holds a PhD from Wageningen University, MA degree in Public Administration and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Political Science) from Makerere University Uganda. With a research interest in local and urban governance, public private partnerships and the politics of African development, Dr. Katusiimeh has contributed chapters to academic books and articles to refereed journals. Dr. Katusiimeh is currently a Vice Chancellor at Ankole Western University.
