Benjamen Gussen
Benjamen F. Gussen is a lecturer in law-and-economics at the University of Southern Queensland School of Law and Justice. Benjamen’s research interests are focused on comparative law-and-economics. They include the amelioration of Australian federalism, the application of constitutional economics to constitutional designs, the comparative analysis of sub-national constitutions, and the application of complexity theory to the analysis of legal pluralism. He is a Vice President of the Australian Law and Economics Association (AustLEA). Benjamen holds graduate degrees in law, economics, engineering, business administration and education.
