Abstract

New technologies, has allowed the transition from static presentation of information, to a dynamic way, directly involving users. The Web is currently a platform that allows users to interact with each other, to facilitate the exchange of information. Users have become, from mere consumers of information in the online environment, active participants which increases the information content.
