Abstract
Environmental management has emerged as a critical field of study and practice, aiming to address the challenges posed by environmental degradation and climate change. Women have played an increasingly prominent role in this domain, contributing significantly to sustainable development and environmental conservation. This research explores the opportunities and challenges faced by women leaders in environmental management, aiming to highlight their contributions, identify barriers, and proposes strategies to promote gender equality within the field.
