Adamkolo Mohammed Ibrahim
Adamkolo Mohammed Ibrahim
received his MSc degree in Development Communication from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2017 and had his first degree, BA Mass Communication from the University of Maiduguri in 2007. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD at Bayero University, Kano. Also, he teaches Mass Communication Diploma on a part-time basis at Yobe State University, Damaturu, and he is the Coordinator of the Mass Communication Diploma programme at Yobe State University. He has a total of over 60 publications (including journal articles, book chapters, conference papers and a couple of books). Since 2013, Adamkolo has received several merit awards including the award he received in 2018 from Publons, as Top Reviewer, for being among the top 1% of global peer reviewers in Psychiatry/Psychology of communication. Since 2014, Malam Adamkolo has been reviewing for several academic research journals including Computers in Human Behaviour (CHB) and Children and Youth Services Review (CYSR) both published by Elsevier, as well as Journal of Systems and Information Technology (JSIT) which is published by Emerald. Since 2014, Adamkolo has peer-reviewed not less than 60 academic research papers.
