Adi Armoni
Adi Armoni received his Ph.D. from the School of Business Administration at Tel-Aviv University in 1993. His dissertation deals with knowledge acquisition for Expert Systems. His bachelor's degree is in Industrial Engineering, and he has an MBA with majors in Information Systems and Finance. Dr. Armoni serves as Associate Dean and head of the Computer and Information Systems Department at the College of Management, School of Business. His research focuses on strategic information systems, decision support systems, and healthcare information systems. He has published many articles in major journals, serves as an associate editor of four journals, and presents his research papers in international professional conferences.Dr. Armoni is a senior consultant for companies all over the world. He also conducts projects for the World Bank in Eastern Europe and South America, during which he consults with local governments in building information systems capacities and developing the country's information infrastructure.
