Himani Bansal
Himani Bansal has done her Engineering from Rajasthan University in 2006 followed by a corporate experience with a reputed company for about two and a half years. Further, to fulfil her academic interests, she completed her Masters and Doctor of Philosophy from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India. Apart from enhancing her academics, she has served as Assistant Professor in various reputable Engineering Colleges and Universities. Currently, she is working with Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, India. Over 11 years of accomplished career demonstrates her success with excellent academic record, extensive background of involvement in team building activities, effective communicator with excellent planning, organizational and negotiation strengths as well as the ability to lead, reach consensus, establish goals, and attain results. Many reputed certifications such as SAP-ERP Professional from prestigious company SAP India Pvt. Ltd., UGC National Eligibility Test (NET), IBM Certified Academic Associate DB2 9 Database and Application Fundamentals, Google Analytics Platform Principles by Google Analytics Academy, E-Commerce Analytics by Google Analytics Academy and RSA (Rational Seed Academy) by IBM India are in her portfolio. She has penned many research papers for various International Journals and Conferences.
She also has books to her credit along with edited chapters in International book series. She is also awarded Eighth Annual Excellence Award in Research Journal Awards for the outstanding article by IGI Global for “Mitigating Information Trust-Taking the edge off health websites”. She has served as section editor, guest editor, convener and session chair for various upright Journals and Conferences such as SCPE, NGCT, IndiaCom, CSI Digital Life, IJAIP, JGIM, ICACCI, ICCCA, etc. and has reviewed many research papers. She has also organized, coordinated and attended FDPs, Trainings, Seminars and Workshops. She has also coordinated workshops for IIT Bombay under NMEICT program initiated by Ministry of HRD, India. She serves as Life Member of various professional societies such as CSI, ISTE, CSTA and IAENG.
