Hlanganipai Ngirande
Hlanganipai Ngirande
is an Associate Professor and Head of the extended Curriculum Programme at the University of Venda, South Africa, specialising in Human Resource Management and Organisational Psychology. Prof Ngirande holds a Ph.D., and Mcom in Industrial Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education (PGDHE), and multiple certifications. He has 13 years of teaching and learning experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. As a distinguished Teaching Advancement at Universities (TAU) Fellow, he has authored 24 journal articles that were published in DHET-accredited journals and actively presents at national and international conferences. Prof Ngirande has supervised 12 Master's students, 1 Ph.D. student, and numerous Honours students. He also serves in several University of Venda`s committees including the Teaching and Learning Committee. His dedication to student entrepreneurship is evident through his role as an Entrepreneurial Action Us (ENACTUS) South Africa Faculty Advisor and as a Student Training for Entrepreneurial Promotion (STEP) Trainer, along with active involvement in the University of Venda committees.
