Irene Maria Portela
Irene Maria Portela is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Management at the Polytechnic Institute of Cavado and Ave, Portugal. She graduated in Law, has a Master in Public Administration and holds a PhD in Law, in the field of Anti-Terrorism Law from University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain). She teaches subjects related with Constitutional Law to undergraduate and post-graduate studies. She regularly publishes in international peer-reviewed journals and participates in international scientific conferences. Her work appears in several papers published in journals, book chapters and conference proceedings.
