Kathleen Bland
is an accomplished professional who has developed a transformative direct delivery model for colleges based on U.K. apprenticeship frameworks and Ofsted inspection standards. Additionally, Dr. Bland has pioneered the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for shared services and federation business models. Her strategic leadership has resulted in the timely achievement of all goals, as well as a significant positive financial impact for partners in the eight-figure range. She has also successfully led major national projects sponsored by the English Government and possesses extensive expertise in change management, project management, business development, and establishing strategic partnerships.
