Kriscentti Exzur P. Barcelona
graduated with the degree Doctor of Philosophy in English with concentration on Language at the University of San-Jose Recoletos, Cebu City, Philippines. He is presently the Dean of Teacher Education Program, Master of Arts in Education, and Master of Arts in Home Economics of Lourdes College, Inc. Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. He is also the present president of the Council of Deans of Teacher Education in Region 10, Philippines, and the Vice-chair of the RVM Teacher Education Institutions Network. He is a member of various professional organizations and serves as a local and international lecturer, quality assessor, adjudicator, and internal auditor. His primary research interests include linguistics, educational technology, pedagogy, and assessment.
