Nisha Chanana
Nisha Chanana
has more than 16 Years of teaching experience with reputed Universities. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from the University School of Management, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (2015). She has also qualified for the UGC- NET in Management twice, in June 2007 and December 2010. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar (2007) where she achieved excellent academic performance. Her current research interests include Organizational Behaviour, Recent HR practices, Organizational Change and Development, Training and Development, and Strategic HRM. She has published papers in National and International Journals, published/presented papers in National Conferences and Seminars. Attended various Faculty Development Programmes and Workshops. She has been invited to deliver her expertise and insights in various seminars and workshops. She has organized various conferences, workshops, management development programmes and seminars.
