Niti Chatterji
Niti Chatterji
is currently associated with Doctoral Research Centre, Chikara Business School, Chitkara University (Punjab). Prior to this she was associated with Amity Business School, Amity University, Haryana and LMThapar School of Management, Thapar University, Patiala. She has completed her Ph.D from Thapar University, Patiala. Her research area is higher education, intellectual capital, human capital, performance and universities. Currently she is doing research in contemporary areas in HR like career development, burnout and turnover intention. She has more than a decade of rich teaching experience across subjects like Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Change Management, Leadership, Strategic Human Resource Management and Global Human Resource Management. She has published papers in reputed international journals indexed in ABDC, SSCI and Scopus. Few journals of international repute where her research has been published include International Journal of Educational Development, Journal of Marketing for Higher Education and Journal of Intellectual Capital. Other academic contributions are writing book chapters and being the reviewer for reputed journals like Journal of Marketing for Higher Education and Studies in Higher Education.
