R. Kandavel
, an Associate Professor at the School of Management, Jeppiaar University, Chennai, With a solid foundation of 2 years and 6 months as an HR Executive in the corporate sector, with a commendable track record of more than 8 years and 6 months in teaching management courses with specialization in HR, Marketing, Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship Development. He Holds an M.B.A., M. Phil., and Ph.D. in Management. He has published 15 articles including Scopus Journals and UGC Care Journals globally and has presented papers in many National and International Conferences. He having authored and Published Books “Training on Employee Development and Productivity,” published by Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany (ISBN: 978-613-8-39027-5). He has published a patent titled “Device to track Tax Lien”. He also holds membership in various Professional Bodies. He has attended and also organized more than 15 Seminars, FDP and Workshops. Where he invited speakers from esteemed higher educational institutions and the corporate sector. He has been honored by the Best Faculty Award in 2023 from the South India Press Club and the Outstanding Researcher Award in 2020 from the Puducherry Academic Researchers Association (PARA).
