Shaukat Ali
Shaukat Ali
is working as Lecturer of Computer Science and member of the Information and Web Semantics Research Group at the Department of Computer Science, University of Peshawar, Peshawar, Pakistan. He has completed his post-doctoral from the School of Computing and Communications, Lancaster University, UK under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Corina Sas and has done his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science, University of Peshawar under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Shah Khusro. Earlier he did his MS(IT) from the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), University of Peshawar. He is the author of several research paper published in national and international reputed journals and conferences. He has conducted and attended several international conferences and workshops. His research interests include web semantics, web engineering, information retrieval, ontology engineering, linked open data, and mobile-based lifelogging systems for the people with memory impairments and special needs.
