Thivashini B. Jaya Kumar
is a Lecturer at the School of Management & Marketing, Taylors Business School, Taylor’s University, Malaysia. She was awarded Bachelor of Business from Victoria University, Australia and Master in Management from Taylors University. Prior to entering academia, she was a business analyst with 3+ years of experience. She holds a PhD in Business with a research interest in service marketing, consumer behavior, international business and entrepreneurship. Currently she teaches service marketing and international business modules.
