Abderrahim El Maslouhi

Abderrahim El Maslouhi is Professor of Public Law at UAEU University where he coordinates the doctoral program in law. He previously worked at Mohammed V University (2000 to 2017) and the University of Bahrain (2017-2018). He has been Secretary General and President of the Moroccan Political Science Association (MPSA), a founding member and member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Association of Constitutional Law (AADC), a member of the Steering Committee of the African Constitutional Law Network (ANCL) and an associate consultant to the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) and numerous other national and international entities. His research focuses on administrative and regulatory governance, judicial policy, administrative contract abritration and constitutional justice. He has published numerous research papers on these issues and coordinated several collective works, the most recent of which is entitled “Regulatory Independent Bodies and Administrative Governance in Arab Countries: International and Regional perspective” (2022).
