Akhilesh K. Singh
, holding a Doctoral Degree in Education, is presently working as Vice Chancellor at Prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj, India. Dr. Singh has been Director (I/c) and Research Officer at Educational Multimedia Research Centre, Devi Ahilya University, Indore, India. He has more than 32 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Educational Technology and Electronic Media. Besides guiding several doctoral theses, he has also authored of more than 60 research papers and more than 50 conference proceedings and few chapters in edited books.
