Alphons A. Iacobelli
Alphons A. Iacobelli
is a former senior executive with extensive experience in human resources, industrial relations, finance, and organizational restructuring. He served as the lead company bargaining executive for Chrysler Group during the 2009 bankruptcy and subsequent restructuring. He led the restructuring of the Voluntary Employee Benefit Association (VEBA) and the restructuring efforts of the company for over a decade prior to 2015. He has served at the Center for Professional Ethics and Social Responsibility at Marymount University and is currently a compliance consultant for the nation's largest reentry firm. As a doctoral candidate, he has achieved scholarly academic status at Marymount University while continuing his research on the locus of unethical leadership behavior and the moderating effects of employee creativity and organizational culture on subordinate generative unethical behavior. He is a member of the Harvard Business Review advisory council and a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society for superior scholarship.
