Amrita Majumdar
Amrita Majumdar
has over 15 years of experience in corporate as well as teaching and academic administration in various Institutions and Universities in the domain of Business Administration. She is actively involved with the responsibilities of academic administration and accreditation. She is also involved in writing research papers, book chapters, training students & faculty members in the area of human resource management and teaching pedagogy. She is an active member of different professional bodies like International Association of Academicians and Researchers (INAAR), National Academy of Psychology (NAOP), Indian Academic Researchers Association (IARA) etc. She has conducted various workshops on Outcome Based Education, Use of ICT in education, Stress Management etc. She is also a member of the editorial board & reviewer of various International & National Journals of repute. Her area of research is in the area of Psychological Contract in Academics. Her area of interest lies in Human Resource Management, Organisation Behaviour, Online Teaching- Learning Pedagogy etc. She has bagged many awards like: “Best Researcher Award-2019” by Indian Academic Researchers’ Association, West Bengal Wing (A Unit of SELP Trust), “Best paper Award” in the International Conference on 'Society and Business in the New Millennium organized by ICFAI Business School, Kolkata, “ILDC-AMP Women Excellence Awards 2020” towards “Contribution in Management Teaching & Administration”.
