Andrej Raspor
Andrej Raspor
is a mechanical engineering technician. After graduating in organisation of work at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Kranj that is part of University of Maribor, he continued his post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Ljubljana and received his PhD in 2010. In terms of his work, he combines business and academic work since he is a lecturer, the director of his own company and a business consultant. Mr. Raspor has more than 38 years of work experience, of which for more than 20 years he has been in various top positions; head of general administration, director of human resources development, director of strategic projects and head of the expense supervision commission. Research works: Employment relationships and processes with a focus on optimisation of work processes both in terms of costs and organisation of working time; Tourism with a focus on Chinese outbound tourism, Tourism for people with special needs and sustainable tourism; Open innovations; Gambling. He has conducted several bilateral projects (in terms of The Slovenian Research Agency) and takes part in Intereg Europe projects.
