Andrew J. W. Middleton
Andrew Middleton
is a National Teaching Fellow and PFHEA known for academic innovation and leadership in student-centred active learning, multimodalities, learning identities, spaces for learning, and authentic learning. Based at Anglia Ruskin University, he leads institutional work on active and authentic learning, employability in the curriculum, learning spaces, media-enhanced teaching and learning and digital fluency. He leads the UK Media-Enhanced Learning Special Interest Group and is a co-ordinator of the Global Active Learning Network. He presents the Exquisite Corpse podcast which focuses on academic innovation in teaching and learning in higher education.
