Animesh Karn
Animesh Karn
is an Assistant Professor at Amity School of Economics, Amity University Jharkhand. He teaches mathematical economics, inferential statistics, and behavioral economics. With over 18 years of teaching experience, he has taught at various institutions including ICFAI School of Marketing Studies, Hyderabad, Usha Martin Academy, Chandigarh, and St. Xavier's College, Patna. An alumnus of the Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, he has authored books on mathematical economics, managerial economics, and the Indian economy. Animesh is an expert in econometrics and quantitative techniques. He has extensive research experience in education economics, leadership management, and environmental economics. His research interests include institutional economics, public policy, behavioral finance, and contract laws. He advocates using technology in education and skilling students with open-source tech like R, Python, and LaTeX. Animesh is a respected and approachable teacher, known for his innovative teaching methods and dedication to providing the best education possible to his students.
