Anju Rohilla

Anju Rohilla is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Studies, Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panipat. She has 5 years of teaching experience. She incorporates the concept of “learning by doing” and “Experiential Learning” in her teaching-learning pedagogy. She has done a Ph.D. (Management) from Bhagat Phool Singh MahilaVishwavidyala, Khanpur Kalan, Sonipat titled “Causes and Methodology of Banking Frauds: An Investigative Study of Indian Banking Sector”. She graduated from Guru Jambeshwar University of Science and Technology in Hisar with a Master's in Management (Finance and Human Resource Management). Her focus has been on banking fraud. Her areas of interest include check fraud, cyber fraud, ATM fraud, banking system fraud, and fraud related to loans and advances. She has delivered ten research presentations at the national conference and published several research papers in national and international journals. She is skilled in using statistical tools such as SPSS, R square, AMOS, SEM, E-Views, and Jamovi.
