Archana Goel
Archana Goel
is an assistant professor at Chitkara Business School. She has done M. Com, B.Ed., and Ph.D. and has 12 years of corporate and academic experience. Her Ph.D. is in corporate governance. Her research areas include corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, ESG, etc. She specialises in teaching accounts, statistics, research methodology and finance courses. She has around 20 papers published in national and international journals of repute and has attended many national and international conferences. Several patents have been granted to her. Currently, she is guiding one Ph.D. scholar as well.
