Chloe Agg
Chloe Agg
worked in industry as a building services engineer for over a decade. Here, alongside designing heating and ventilation for factories, laboratories and schools, she ran graduate schemes, training the next generation of engineers. Having developed a love of helping others learn she moved into academia, first teaching design at the University of Warwick, and now as the Student Experience lead in Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London. Chloe is passionate about making engineering a more inclusive environment which she does through student experience initiatives, researching both pedagogy and the impact of the built environment, as well as conducting outreach. She leads an innovative Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Engineering module as well as teaching professional engineering skills and design.
