Farheen Mahmood
Farheen Mahmood
is a teaching associate and a doctoral program student in the Department of Professional Studies in Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Her research interests focus on children’s literature and the integration of technology into education. She has over 21 years of teaching and administrative experience in Pakistan, Yemen, Qatar, UAE, and the US. She is the winner of the Carter G. Woodson Multicultural Award (2021), the Julius P. Filcik Fellowship Award (2023), and the American Reading Forum Graduate Scholarship (2023).
