Fatemeh Jamshidi
Fatemeh Jamshidi
is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Computer Science and Software Engineering at Auburn University. Her research interests lie at the intersection of Music Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Information Retrieval. She has published several research papers at premier conferences including ACM SIGCSE, and HCII. She obtained her MS in Computer Science and Software Engineering and Music Education from Auburn University, respectively in 2023 and 2021. During her Ph.D., Fatemeh established Computing + Music programs, which have engaged hundreds of participants from underrepresented groups since 2018. Fatemeh has served as a Director of the Persian Music Ensemble at Auburn University from 2020 -2023 and as an invited reviewer for ACM SIGCSE in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
