Harold Andrew Patrick

Harold Andrew Patrick is an accomplished Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with a remarkable career spanning over thirty years of postgraduate teaching, corporate training, and research. As a Professor and Dean at CMS Business School, Jain (Deemed-to-be University), Harold held various senior management positions at Infosys Leadership Institute, Infosys Limited. He served as the Professor and Head of the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area for almost two decades at the Institute of Management, Christ (Deemed-to-be University). He has served leading business schools like the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) and the Institute of Finance and International Management (IFIM). Completed the First Induction Training Programme for Management Faculty in May 1998, sponsored by AICTE and organized by the Academic Staff College in collaboration with the Department of Business Administration, Aligarh Muslim University. Awarded the CII Fellowship Programme in 2004 with Wipro Limited. Recipient of the VB Padode Recognition Award for valuable contributions to IFIM on February 29, 2020. Harold has significantly contributed to academia, publishing more than 70 articles in national and international journals and 23 book chapters. He has an h-index of 15 and an i10-index of 21 and has won 30 best paper awards at international conferences. As a member of the Academic Council of three leading business schools in Bangalore, Harold enjoys high regard in the academic community. 26 MPhil and 10 PhD scholars have been awarded under his supervision. Research and leverage diagnostic tools, psychometric instruments, videos, case studies, and reflective learning underpin Harold's facilitation process. He is deeply passionate about human behavior and its practical applications in the workplace. Harold's rich experience in training working managers, faculty members, Christian leaders, educational leaders, business graduate students, and working students underscores his versatility and adaptability. Lastly, Harold is a distinguished elected member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) in the United States.
