Ipek Bayrakci

İpek Bayrakcı , is graduated from Acıbadem University with double major at the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics and Department of Psychology in 2019 and 2020, respectively. In 2023, she started her MSc in Food Engineering Department at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. She continues to work as a dietitian and her research interests include gluten-free product studies, nutrition models in diseases and alternative foods.
