Jaskiran Kaur
Jaskiran Kaur
is an academician with more than five years’ experience, UGC-NET qualified holding a doctorate degree. She has handled different profiles throughout her career, ranging from career counselling to Industrial Relation coordinator to Training and Placement Officer to MS-Excel Trainer. She has been a resource person in faculty development programmes and different expert sessions. Throughout her studies, she was awarded special merit for securing one of the top ten positions in Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar. As a researcher, she has presented 6 research papers in National & International Seminars and Conferences. She has published various research papers in Journal of Information and Optimization Sciences, Taylor & Francis (WoS indexed); Administrative Sciences, MDPI (Scopus indexed). She has attended a plethora of courses and received certifications in Business Analytics and Intelligence, HR Management and Analytics, Fundamentals of R, Embracing Change, Excel Skills for Business: Essentials, AI for Everyone. Currently, working as an Assistant Professor at Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar. She is also involved in developing E-content for LPU Online students.
