Jennifer Fletcher
Jennifer Fletcher
has been in education for over a decade. Her experience spans across PK-12 district administration, higher education teaching and administration, and state educational government agencies. She is currently the Executive Director of Accountability, Assessment and Research at Chandler Unified School District, the second largest district in Arizona serving over 44,000 students. Prior to her work in the school district, she was a stay-at-home mom, Chief Accountability Officer for the Arizona Department of Education, Dean of General Education at the University of Phoenix, and a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University. She earned her PhD in Communication from Arizona State University and is working on a degree in educational leadership. Her research interests cover interpersonal relationships, computer-mediated communication, and statistical analyses. She has more than 20 refereed publications and currently serves on the Accountability Technical Advisory Committee for the Arizona State Board of Education.
