L.Rajeshkumar
, Assistant Professor in the Department of MBA. He has graduated BBA from Aditanar College of Arts and Sciences, MBA, and M.Phil from Manonmaniam Sundarnar University in Tirunelveli. In December 2012, he qualified for the UGC-NET examination. Then 2018, he received his Ph.D with a marketing specialization especially in FMCG. He started his career at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University College, Govindaperi, in September, 2012. After that, he moved to DMI. St. Eugune University, Zambia, for one year in the 2014–15 academic year. In 2015, he began his Ph.D. studies at Manonmaniam Sundarnar University in Tirunelveli. In July 2018, he submitted his thesis and started his journey at the Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology, Chennai, in February 2018. Then, in February 2020, he shifted his work to TNJFU - Fisheries Business School, Tamilnadu Dr.J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University, OMR Campus, Chennai. After that, in October 2022, he joined as an assistant professor in the department of MBA at St.Joseph's College of Engineering, Chennai. Overall, he has 11 years of experience, including 3 years of research and 8 years of teaching. He has specialized in Marketing and Finance. He has published many research papers in National and International journals. He has participated in many FDPs, workshops, and seminars at the national and international levels. He received numerous awards, including the Best NSS Volunteer Award at the University level, the Young Citizen Award, and the Yuva Shri Kala Bharathi Award. He also has a volunteer who enjoys organising programmes and social activities such as blood donations. He is more interested in sports.
