Margherita Bandirali
Margherita Bandirali
is a jurist with an international background. After completing a five-year degree with a focus on civil law at the University of Parma, she moved to Germany to study German law at the University of Goettingen as part of the Magister Juris program, designed for foreign students. She later completed an international apprenticeship as a lawyer and successfully passed her bar exam in Bologna. Subsequently, she relocated to Switzerland to delve deeply into Swiss Law, attending several courses at the University of Insubria. She specializes in blockchain law and works at Lexify SA in Lugano, supporting blockchain projects as a legal consultant. She is also a PhD student at the University of Freiburg, studying Comparative Law. Driven by her interest in blockchain from an associative standpoint, she became a member of DAO Suisse.
