Meenakshi P. Dhoundiyal
Meenakshi Dhoundiyal
has more than 12 years of experience as a teacher, faculty and subject coordinator and has worked with many renowned institutions in India and the UAE. Her expertise is in teaching, course and curriculum development in areas of Accounting, Business and Management. She holds a Master of Commerce with a specialization in Business Management and Accounting and is pursuing her PhD in Commerce from Banasthali University, India. Her areas of research are financial literacy and saving and investment trends in today’s world. Her pedagogical competence includes extensive knowledge in developing learner-centric teaching material while adopting a blended learning style and conducting program reviews. Meenakshi has a penchant for producing interesting and engaging lessons and assessments to cater to different learner styles. She has been organizing Financial Education Workshops and webinars with the help of local banks and other institutions for the students and faculty to make them financially smart and more aware. She’s focused on becoming a creative and resourceful educator to enhance higher-order thinking, apply a positive and effective teaching style to increase students’ performance and bring about a wholesome development among the student community and in the process, aid in preparing them for future challenges.
