Mihály László Vörös
Mihály Vörös
obtained his PhD and Candidate of Science (C.Sc.) degree from Hungarian Academy of Sciences (HAS) in 1994 as well as Dr. Habil degree from Debrecen University in 2000. Former Council Member of the International Farm Management Association (IFMA) for Eastern Europe, Reading, UK (1988 – 2013). Research scholar and visiting professor in Japan (2008-2009) supported by the Japan Foundation. Implemented ERASMUS Teaching Exchange Mobility Grant Programs in Perugia University Italy between 2012 – 2015 years and in University of Primorska, Portoroz Slovenia in 2017. Elected as professor and research supervisor of Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE), Economic and Regional Science Doctorate School, Gödöllő, Hungary in 2016
. Currently he is professor emeritus in the Department of Tourism of Edutus University and head of research for the Local Food Chains Innovation HÉLIA Working Group, a “spin-off” university organization established in 2011 operating also a Scientific Student College. Author and co-author of books, book chapters, several journal articles and scientific conference proceedings.
