Niaz Mohammad
Niaz Mohammad
is working as an Assistant Professor, Faculty of business administration, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). He has completed his MBA and BBA specializing in Accounting & Information Systems (AIS), Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka. Besides teaching at AIUB, he is also completed his CMA from ICMAB (Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh) and Associate Member of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh. He has some experience in the corporate sector and worked as an Executive Officer in the Internal Control and Compliance department of IDLC Finance Limited, a leading non-banking financial institution in Bangladesh. In addition, he also published research papers in local and international journals. So far, he has published a good number of journal articles mostly in internationally referred journals, and attended different conferences locally and internationally. His research areas are integrated reporting, sustainability reporting, corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (Phd) in Accounting at University of Dhaka.
