She began in Public Relations, excelling as a Technical Sales Specialist at Redington India Ltd. After a successful stint, she transitioned to academia, earning her doctorate. She led as brand director at Triangle A, a women-led startup, and trained in diverse domains including disaster management, emotional intelligence, and design thinking across Maharashtra, Goa, Patna, and Ahmedabad. Currently an Assistant Professor in Professional Accounting & Finance at Kristu Jayanti College, Bengaluru, Dr. Gupta's influence extends globally. She's authored books, presented papers at prestigious institutions, holds a UK design patent, and contributes to academic boards.
