Richa Nangia
Richa Nangia
has more than fourteen years of teaching, research and professional assignments experience with reputed institutions. Currently she is working as Associate Professor at K. R. Mangalam University, Gurgaon, India. She has earned her doctorate from University of Rajasthan on the topic Human Resource Development in Automobile Industry (A Comparative study on Tata Motors and General Motors). She has done Masters in Business Administration in HR & IT from Rajasthan Technical University. She has many publications in reputed refereed and peer-reviewed International journals and has presented many research papers in various International and National Conferences. She has authored a book, few articles and book reviews. She is the member of editorial board of various UGC approved journal. Currently Supervising six Ph.D students and three students have been awarded Ph.D under her supervision. Her areas of interest include Organization Behaviour, Training & Development and Human Resource Development.
