Senthilkumar M.
Senthilkumar M.
is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Production Engineering at PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. Obtained his B.E. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (1994), M.E. in Engineering Design (1996) from GCT Coimbatore and Ph.D. from Anna University Chennai. Has about 24 years of teaching experience and 1 year of industrial experience. His projects have also won many awards. He has been the Principal Investigator of many sponsored research projects. He has published 135 journal papers and about 50 conference papers. 13 PhD scholars have obtained their degrees under his guidance. He is currently serving as editor and reviewer for many leading international and national journals. Also, he is member in many national and international societies of engineering. He has been actively involved in consultancy works and specialized courses for many leading industries and academicians in the areas of design and vibration control. He has visited many countries (Portugal, United Kingdom, France, Swiss, Australia and Singapore) for joint research works. His fields of expertise include vibration control, composites, smart structures, etc.
