Senthilnathan Palaniappan
Senthilnathan Palaniappan
was born in Tamil Nadu, India, in the year 1982. He has obtained his B.E degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, India in the year 2004. Then he has received his M.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, India in the year 2008 and he have completed his Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India in the year 2016. Currently he is working as an Associate Professor (Grade - I) in School of Computer Science and Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. His area of specializations includes Wireless Mobile Ad-hoc Networks, Wireless Sensor Networks, Software Engineering and Cloud Computing. He is a lifetime member of ISTE. He has gained an experience of 7 months in a software industry after completing his B.E degree in the year 2004. He has been in the field of teaching in the past 15.4 years. He has taken additional responsibilities in School level as a member of NAAC and NBA accreditation committee of the School of Computer Science and Engineering and in University level as a faculty coordinator for the club Google Developer Student Clubs, VIT, Vellore.
